Rick Dennis
Rick is an experienced company director currently serving on the boards of several ASX-listed companies and is an Advisory Board member of Australian Super in Queensland.
Emma Fredericks
Emma has over 25 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada holding executive and board roles in diverse industries including legal and accounting professional services firms, with versatile and commercial expertise spanning audit, corporate finance, business development, governance, and strategy. Emma has completed her Chartered Accountant qualification during her career at EY together with the AICD course.
Peter Johns
Peter is the founder and Portfolio Manager at Westferry Investment Group which is a major shareholder of AF Legal. Prior to his current role Peter practised as a lawyer for 14 years in Australia and the UK.
Grant Dearlove
For 28 years Grant has been a lawyer and company director owning, leading and growing companies at C-suite level combining strategic business, investment and legal competencies.
Stace Boardman
Stace is a CPA with over 20 years’ of operations experience. She has worked with national and international senior and executive management across a number of industry sectors, 12 of those years within law firms.
Chris McFadden
Chris has over 30 years of experience in senior finance roles including 20+ at CFO level, in market leading organisations covering the services, retail and distribution sectors.
