We are seeking a talented Senior Associate Family Law Brisbane professional to join our growing national practice. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a dedicated Senior Associate with 5+ years of Family Law experience who is ready to join our supportive and energetic Brisbane team. Furthermore, this opportunity allows you to contribute to a respected national brand with a strong industry presence.

About the Role:

Based in Brisbane, you will work closely with a team of committed and experienced family law professionals. In this role, your day will typically include:

  • Advising clients on divorce, separation, property settlements, child support matters, relocations, and de‑facto or same‑sex relationship issues
  • Maintaining regular, empathetic, and outcome‑focused client contact
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Engaging in business development, including cultivating referral networks
  • Managing your own files with efficiency and diligence
  • Supporting and supervising junior staff
  • Collaborating with our national team on day‑to‑day professional practice matters

Additionally, this position provides opportunities to contribute to broader firm initiatives as the team continues to expand. Consequently, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the success of our Brisbane practice.

About You:

You are a Senior Associate with 6+ years’ PAE in Family Law. Additionally, you are goal‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in independently managing files and achieving strong client outcomes. Moreover, you bring experience in developing referral relationships and contributing positively to the broader team.

You also have strong business acumen and understand the importance of time management, commercial outcomes, and diligent billing practices. Furthermore, you enjoy cultivating productive professional networks and thrive on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and the firm. As such, you will make a valuable and lasting contribution to the Brisbane team.
