About the Role:

A new opportunity has been created for a Senior Paralegal to support the ongoing growth of our Family Law Team. You will work autonomously; however, you will also collaborate closely with Lawyers and senior team members on site. In addition, the role requires an organised, proactive, and confident approach, especially in a fast‑paced and varied environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Liaising with clients and supporting them with queries.
• Editing and formatting documents, as well as preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Electronic filing, managing e‑Briefs, and lodging court documents online.
• File management.
• General office administration and other ad hoc duties.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:

  Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Paralegal role within law; moreover, family law experience will be an advantage.
• Exhibit a professional approach to work, with exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrate maturity in attitude and behaviour, while also showing a genuine interest in criminal law.
• Display a high level of enthusiasm, energy, initiative, and commitment to work.
• Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; additionally, exposure to legal document management systems is a plus.
• Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise.
